Our Classes

At K1N1 Australia 24:7 GYM, our group classes are designed to inspire, energise, and challenge you – no matter your fitness level. By offering 3 to 4 classes daily, six days a week, making it easy to fit your workouts around a busy lifestyle. Led by experienced coaches in a motivating and supportive environment, our classes include HIIT, CrossFit, boxing, spinning, and yoga. With limited class sizes and a focus on form, strength, and stamina, you’ll receive personal attention while enjoying the energy of training alongside others.
